The ORGANIC MODENA HAM PDO is characterized by its long aging - at least 18 months - and its pleasant and decisive aroma, an ideal mix of ancient taste. It is a true EXCELLENCE WITHIN EXCELLENCE. Try the convenient "fiocchetto" of about 1 kg. Variable weight, due to artisanal packaging, there may be slight weight differences in excess or defect. After more than a year of processing, only the legs deemed suitable by the Control Institute authorized by the Ministry of Agricultural Policies receive the PROTECTION MARK.
