With a soft texture, it has a delicate, sweet, slightly tangy flavor, with subtle hints of fresh milk, yogurt, and butter. It pairs very well with honey or jams, or can be enjoyed on its own and is excellent for appetizers. ZERO KM PRODUCT. For generations, it has raised livestock for the production of milk intended for PARMIGIANO REGGIANO. It produces ALL the forage and grass necessary for the production of its own PARMIGIANO.
