This cuvée draws its liveliness and softness from the terroir from which it originates, mainly from the Premier Cru village of Bisseuil. The south-facing exposure of the Maison Charbaut's plots and the blend of 10 to 15% reserve wines reveal a rich Chardonnay, exuding floral notes and subtle hints of citrus. The Blanc de Blancs is composed of 100% Chardonnay from our Premier Cru vineyards, with an addition of 10 to 15% reserve wines. The dosage is about 8 g/liter. Aged for a minimum of seven years in the cellar.
