Description
Often referred to as "Boll" by the inhabitants of Champagne or "Bolly" by the English, the timeless and legendary Champagne House Bollinger is part of the exclusive circle of great Champagne Houses. The style of Bollinger Champagne is based on precise accuracy applied at every stage of production. Respect for tradition, bottles replaced by hand, corking of reserve magnums, the last cooper in the region, a taste for excellence: all this represents the entire culture of Champagne Bollinger since its creation in 1829 in Aÿ. Beyond being an art, it is a true historical heritage. The strength of the Champagne Maison Bollinger lies in its vineyards. 174 hectares divided into seven main vineyards, of which 85% are Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, allow the Maison to be one of the few Champagne Houses to produce its own grapes for its blends. La Grande Année Rosé 2014 by Bollinger is crafted by hand.
