Description
Tenuta Bardali was born from the brilliant intuition of the Giubertoni family, pioneers in the production of Lambrusco. The project began with the conversion of a farm purchased near Lake Garda in the locality of Affi, where only organic and SO2-free wines are produced. The name of the wine comes from the wind that blows from the nearby Val d'Adige, making the area particularly suited for the production of natural wines, as the humidity gradient on the grape during ripening is mitigated by air currents that protect the grapes from potential rot. The choice of grape variety is also a challenge here, as Manzoni bianco, a typical Venetian expression, is a hybrid created by crossing a Pinot blanc vine with a Riesling renano. This wine is in continuous evolution and always offers new emotions.
