DESCRIPTION Organic Granita and brioche with tuppo: the true taste of Sicilian granita directly at your home. In the organic Sicilian granita kit, you have everything you need to enjoy the typical Sicilian breakfast at home! You will find (depending on the chosen format) 1 or 2 bottles of mother drink of your choice among the flavors of organic bergamot and Lemon and Ginger, with which you can prepare 4/5 or 8-10 cups of typical Sicilian granita. All accompanied by 4 or 8 brioche with tuppo packaged in freshness-saving capsules. Sabadì mother drinks are ideal bases for making a high-quality, natural, and organic Sicilian granita! They are natural because they are made only from freshly picked organic citrus juice and cane sugar. You can really taste the citrus flavor, and you will easily obtain delicious granitas, with an excellent balance between acidity, characteristic aroma, and sweetness. Just add one part of mother drink (you can choose the flavors you prefer among lemon, orange, bergamot, and lemon and ginger below) to two parts of natural water and follow the simple steps illustrated below. You will get a delicious Sicilian granita at home to accompany the typical Sicilian brioche with tuppo included in the kit! PREPARATION Procedures to obtain the typical Sicilian granita at home: There are at least three ways to make the typical Sicilian granita at home with our Kit. Let's start with the simplest: Mix the two elements (Mother Drink and water) well with the help of a simple spoon, pour the mixture into a container that you will close with its lid, and place it in the freezer. Keep it in the freezer for at least 10 hours, the time necessary for the mix of Mother Drink and water to solidify completely, taking the shape of the container. At this point, take the container out of the freezer and, after leaving it for a few minutes at room temperature, start scraping the solid mix with a common kitchen fork to obtain a very fine grain. Scrape with the fork until you get the desired amount and serve with the brioche. Second Method If you prefer a smoother texture, once the preparation has solidified as illustrated in the first method, you can use a blender. In this case, however, we recommend freezing the mix inside smaller containers or molds (the classic ice cube trays will work just fine), to obtain frozen cubes (even in less time!) that can be easily placed in the blender. Third Method If you have less time available, we propose another way with the same ingredients. Close the container with the mix and place it in the freezer; about every half hour, stir vigorously with a spoon, always scraping the frozen walls. Repeat this step until the granita has the desired consistency. If you prefer, you can blend a little before serving, especially if you forgot to stir frequently. Thus, in about 4 hours, your granita will be perfect! All you have to do is take the right time and travel with your mind in the light and expanded time of the deep SOUTH!
