The lentil ragù with miso and shoyu from Kekoji Lab is a 100% plant-based sauce made with lentils enriched with lentil miso and shoyu to give the classic seasoning of Emilian cuisine a burst of oriental flavor. Prepared like the classic Bolognese ragù, I recommend using this delicious vegetable sauce not only to dress pasta but also to prepare delicious bruschetta. It comes in a 190g jar.
