Each ingredient is processed immediately after harvest, with the addition of a touch of extra virgin olive oil. To enjoy its qualities, it is best to heat it before consuming, by pouring it into a pot for 3 minutes or in a microwave-safe dish for 3/4 minutes. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some bruschetta to further enhance its flavor. Tip: after opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
