Description
Ri-Snack is the first Italian snack that fights food waste by reducing the need for raw materials and easing the exploitation of Earth's resources. For Biova Project, it represents further pride because it brings beer production waste to zero. Ri-Snack is an incredibly crunchy snack made from barley malt, already used to make Biova Beer. The resulting waste is called "spent grain" and is still wonderfully full of proteins, fibers, and minerals, but much lower in sugars. In this way, Ri-Snack wins on all fronts: it is more sustainable (as it uses 30% less virgin raw materials), it is not fried, and it is delicious! Available in a 70g bag. INGREDIENTS: soft wheat flour, barley malt spent grain (30%), sunflower seed oil, brewer's yeast, salt, malted cereal flour. May contain sesame, milk, mustard, soy, nuts, peanuts.
