The high quality of the product is guaranteed by the fact that they contain only three natural and organic ingredients and by the processing method. Strictly hand-picked, the tomatoes are blanched for a short time to maintain their consistency, peeled by hand and preserved naturally in water and salt to release all the aroma and flavour of freshly picked tomatoes before being subsequently placed in glass jars. Pairings: ideal for preparing meat alla pizzaiola, stewed calamari, pappa al pomodoro and eggs with tomato sauce. Harvest period: July/August. Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
