





In a bowl, combine the cooked rice with the sautéed and chopped spinach.
Add the egg, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt; mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
In a mold (or in two individual molds) place a layer of the rice mixture.
Distribute the cheese in pieces over the rice layer.
Cover with the remaining mixture, level it, and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese on top; add a drizzle of oil.
Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 15–20 minutes or in a preheated oven at 200°C for the same time, until a golden crust is obtained.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve as a main dish or as a quick dinner.
