
Fruitsorbet is a fresh and flavorful dessert, perfect for summer days. It is made with peeled and pitted fruit, very cold cream, and sugar. A true gluten-free delight to enjoy at any time of the day.








Mix the fruit after cutting it into chunks, then add the sugar while working until getting a homogeneous puree. Whip the cream separately and add the fruit puree, mixing until the mixture is homogeneous.
Place in the freezer in a shallow metal container for a few hours.
Serve the scoops of sorbet in an elegant cup and garnish with the fresh fruit of your choice.
