Finely chop plenty of parsley with garlic
Put a pan on the heat with 1 tablespoon of oil and when the mixture is hot, add the mushrooms and cook over high heat
Season with salt and pepper and splash with lemon juice
Add the remaining mixture, stir and turn off
Cook the vegetables in a little oil in another pan for 10 minutes, add the mushrooms, let it flavor and serve
