Delicious meatballs made with sun-dried tomatoes and served with aromatic basil oil.
Pour the contents of the packet into a bowl, add cold water and oil, then mix.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the mixture, mixing well after rehydrating it with the oil. Let it rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Form the meatballs, prepare the flavored oil, finely chop the basil, put it in a bowl with the extra virgin olive oil and a bit of salt, mix well and let it rest.
Toast the meatballs in an oiled pan for about 10 minutes, turning them frequently. Serve them hot with the flavored oil.
Serve with a fresh salad or side dishes of your choice.
