Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
𝟏) 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨 🥑🍫 • 1 ripe avocado • 70g of chocolate* Remember, the riper the avocado, the sweeter the cream will be! Mash the avocado until it becomes a pulp, then add the chocolate melted in a bain-marie or microwave. *If you use milk chocolate, it will already be great as is, if you use dark chocolate, add a bit of milk (even plant-based) and sweeten to taste. You can enjoy it immediately or keep it in the fridge for a while to thicken more, and you can eat it as a spoon dessert or spread it on bread.
- STEP 2 OF 3
𝟐) 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧 🍫🌱 • 100g of beans • 70g of chocolate* I used 100g of drained canned white beans, but you can use the type you prefer. Blend with a hand blender and add the chocolate melted in a bain-marie or microwave. *Here too, if you use milk chocolate, the result will already be great as is, if you use dark chocolate, add a bit of milk and sweetener to taste. The consistency will be quite thick and perfect for spreading.
- STEP 3 OF 3
𝟑) 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 🍫🧡 • 100g of pumpkin • 70g of chocolate Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and cook it for 2.5 minutes in the microwave, then mash it with a fork and finally add the chocolate melted in a bain-marie or microwave. Cook in a bain-marie in a covered saucepan for 10/15 minutes, then let it cool. This one is also delicious eaten with a spoon or, if you keep it in the fridge, it will become a bit more solid and better for spreading!
