Preparation

    Chop a quarter of an onion and let it soften in a pan with a knob of butter.

    When the onion becomes translucent, add the rice and toast it for a couple of minutes.

    Moisten with hot broth and add a pinch of salt.

    Stir until the rice has absorbed all the liquids.

    Continue adding broth and stirring until the rice is fully cooked. This will take about 18 minutes.
