Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    1. Wash the Sughello tomatoes; cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    2. Cut 2 heads of Voghiera Dop Citrus garlic in half and distribute them on the tray along with the tomatoes and the feta cut into pieces; sprinkle everything with a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    3. Season to taste with thyme and Citrus oregano and place the tray in a preheated oven at 160°C, then let it cook for about an hour and a half.

    4. Before serving, drizzle the confit tomatoes with a little extra virgin olive oil.
