
Mix the egg with the flours, yogurt, and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a silicone donut mold (fill the molds halfway, no more).
Cook at 750 watts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds or bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
Once cooked, let cool for a few minutes and dip the top part into the melted chocolate.
Place the donut on a sheet of parchment paper with a small disc of melted chocolate in the center and aligned with the donut hole. Let it solidify. Let it solidify.
