I don't know if there's anything better than these donuts!
Mix the egg with flours, yogurt, and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a silicone donut mold (fill the molds halfway, no more).
Cook at 750 watts for 2'30" or in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Once cooked, let them cool for a few minutes and dip the top in melted chocolate.
Place the donut on a sheet of baking paper with a small disc of melted chocolate in the center and corresponding to the donut hole. Let solidify. Let solidify.
