Super delicious gluten-free and lactose-free recipe!
Take a bowl, mix flour, starch, and baking powder inside it.
Then slowly add the remaining ingredients and mix first using a hand whisk and then, using your hands, to obtain a smooth, homogeneous, soft, and moldable dough.
The dough is gluten-free, therefore not elastic and a bit delicate.
Form the tarallucci (total 15/18 depending on the size of the cookie).
Preheated static oven at 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes (check with a toothpick).
