Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Take a bowl, mix flour, starch, and baking powder inside it.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Then gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix first using a hand whisk and then, using your hands, to obtain a smooth, homogeneous, soft, and moldable dough.

    The dough is gluten-free, so it is not elastic and a bit delicate.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Form the tarallucci (total 15/18 depending on the size of the cookie).

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Preheated static oven at 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes (check with a toothpick).
