Take a bowl, mix the flour, starch, and baking powder inside it.
Immediately after, gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix first using a hand whisk and then, using your hands, obtaining a smooth, homogeneous, soft, and moldable dough.
The dough is gluten-free, therefore not elastic and a bit delicate.
Shape the tarallucci (total 15/18 depending on the size of the biscuit).
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (static), bake for 15 minutes (check with a toothpick).
