
Soft and fragrant apple plumcake, ideal for breakfast or snack. Butter-free recipe, made with yogurt and seed oil, topped with apple slices and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Preheat the oven in static mode to 190 °C.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until obtaining a light and frothy mixture.
Add a pinch of salt, drizzle in the oil and the yogurt at room temperature; mix well.
Combine the sifted flour, baking powder, and grated lemon zest; blend well.
Peel and cut one apple into pieces and incorporate it into the batter.
Pour the mixture into a 30x11 cm mold lined with parchment paper.
Cover the surface with slices of the second apple.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 190 °C for about 40 minutes (check with a toothpick).
Let cool, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
