
A gluten-free, lactose-free, egg-free and butter-free cocoa cake, perfect for the whole family’s snack time. It is prepared in a pan in just a few minutes!








In a bowl, mix the rice flour, unsweetened cocoa, sugar and baking powder.
Add the almond milk and seed oil, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan.
Cover with a lid and cook on medium-low heat for 15-18 minutes.
Check the cooking with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Let cool before serving.
