
Pancakes for breakfast made with only 3 ingredients: Greek yogurt, egg, and flour with baking powder. Quick recipe, no scale required, cooked in a non-stick pan.



Sift the baking powder.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, and flour (add the sifted baking powder) without worrying too much about lumps.
Grease a non-stick pan and heat it over medium-high heat.
Pour portions of batter into the pan. When the bottom is golden, lower the heat to minimum and cover with a lid until the surface sets.
Flip the pancakes and continue cooking for a few minutes over medium-high heat, then lower the heat again to minimum and cook with the lid until fully cooked. The center should remain soft but well cooked.
Serve hot with maple syrup or hazelnut and cocoa spread.
