Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: eggs, sugar, Greek yogurt, flour, milk, sunflower oil, and baking powder.
Add the dark chocolate chips last and mix well until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
Grease the donut molds (preferably with coconut oil) and pour the batter into the molds.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and unmold the donuts. Serve.
