

Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Transfer the melted chocolate to a sufficiently large bowl and place it inside a larger bowl with ice at the bottom.
Add cold water to the melted chocolate, mix and whip with electric beaters until a frothy consistency is achieved.
Decorate as desired and serve.
