Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Create the base by mixing all the ingredients together (oat flakes, milk, protein, yogurt, and spread) in a cup and let it set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Then decorate the surface with quinoa, already melted dark chocolate, and some pieces of Duplo.

    Leave the overnight oats in the fridge overnight and enjoy it the next day for breakfast. Save the recipe!
