Break the dark chocolate into pieces and gently melt it in a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
Scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocado and place it in a powerful blender.
Add the melted chocolate, plant-based milk, erythritol, licorice powder, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt.
Blend until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous, and velvety cream.
Taste and adjust the sweetness of the erythritol and the intensity of the licorice.
Divide the mousse into individual cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
Garnish with unsweetened cocoa before serving.
