Preparation

Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, and then slice them into rounds.
- STEP 2 OF 4
In a non-stick pan, place the zucchini, cook them simply with a bit of water, basil, and a sprinkle of black pepper, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Once cooked, pass them through a food mill using a disc with large holes, otherwise they become puree.

Then put them back in the pan with the salmon and gently stir everything with a ladle so that the salmon can naturally break into pieces.

Then add, while the pasta is cooking, a spoonful of water taken from the pot and stir again. When the pasta is ready, drain it, put it in the pan with the mixture you have made, and add a generous spoonful of Philadelphia.
