Wash the zucchini, slice them into rounds, and cook them with a little water, salt, black pepper, and basil for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, place them in a blender and pulse until you achieve a creamy and homogeneous consistency. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and when the water boils, add the pasta and cook it as indicated on the package. When the pasta is ready, drain it, place it in a pan along with the lentils and zucchini cream. Mix everything with a wooden spoon over high heat and turn off the stove. Season with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, and enjoy this magnificent dish!
