
Grate the zucchini and carrots. Add the onion powder and salt.
Then add the flour and oil. Mix everything well.
Spread very thinly with your hands on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil.
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes. Use a fan-assisted and preheated oven.
