In a saucepan combine the oats (bran or blended flakes), cocoa powder, and vanilla powder (optional).
Add the water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching the desired consistency.
In the meantime, mix the espresso with the jar of plain Greek yogurt.
Pour the cooked porridge into the bowl, add the coffee yogurt on top, and garnish with dark chocolate flakes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
