Blend the hazelnuts in a blender to obtain a coarse powder.
Combine the hazelnut powder, chestnut flour, sugar, coffee, lactose-free milk, Nutella, and rum in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients well until you get a compact and slightly sticky dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, or shredded coconut.
Place the pralines on a serving plate and serve.
If not consumed immediately, store them in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
