A delicious shortcrust pastry roll with amaretti and Nutella, irresistible and easy to prepare. Perfect for a tasty breakfast or as a dessert to serve during celebrations.
Pour the flour, baking powder, and vanillin into the mixer and mix the ingredients.
Add the butter and blend. Add the eggs and liqueur and blend until all the ingredients are combined.
Flour the work surface, pour the mixture, and quickly knead with your hands.
Preheat the oven to 190°C, roll out the shortcrust pastry on a sheet of baking paper using a rolling pin, and form a rectangular sheet about 1 cm thick.
Spread the Nutella over the entire surface, making sure to leave a clean border about 2 fingers wide.
Coarsely crumble the amaretti and distribute them over the Nutella.
Fold the rectangle into a wallet shape using the baking paper to help.
Transfer the roll onto the baking tray with baking paper, brush the surface with milk, and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles and crumbled amaretti.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until it reaches a nice golden color.
