Combine all the ingredients and knead until you form a soft dough.
Cover with a clean cloth and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 3 parts, roll out the dough, and cook the flatbreads on a non-stick pan for a few minutes on each side.
Fill as you like.
