
Almond Parfait

- Eggs

150G150G - Whipping cream
50Cl50Cl - Blanched almonds
200G200G - Seed oilas needed
Preparation

Fry the almonds in a little seed oil, blend them and let them cool

Whip the egg yolks

Separately, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form
- STEP 4 OF 8
Whip the cream together with the sugar
- STEP 5 OF 8
Combine the yolks, mix, and add the whipped egg whites
- STEP 6 OF 8
Mix well and finally add the almonds
- STEP 7 OF 8
Place the mixture in a mold and store in the freezer for 24 hours

The parfait should be served with melted dark chocolate poured over the portions
