Chop the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie with the liqueur
Let it cool and incorporate the crumbled amaretti
Mix with a whisk and fold in the whipped cream and the beaten egg whites until stiff peaks form
Pour the mixture into a glass bowl and level the surface with a knife
Place the mousse in the fridge for 4 hours before serving it decorated with hazelnuts
