Anchovy Crostini are a delicious appetizer typical of Italian cuisine. Made with crunchy bread, butter, gooey mozzarella and anchovies preserved in oil, these crostini are simple to make but very flavorful. Perfect to accompany an aperitif or to start a special dinner.
Remove the bones from the anchovies, halve them and cut the fillets into two pieces
Cut the slices of bread in half and spread them with butter; on each half place a slice of mozzarella, some pieces of tomato, a piece of anchovy, and season with salt, pepper and oregano
