


Caramelize half of the granulated sugar, add the cream, 1 knob of butter, a pinch of salt and stir.
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and sauté them in a pan with the remaining butter, the other half of the sugar and the cinnamon.
Combine in a bowl the walnuts, almonds, oats, flour, a pinch of salt, the cinnamon and the brown sugar.
Cook everything in a pan until it becomes crunchy.
Place the apples in a bowl, add the crumbled crunchy topping and drizzle with the salted caramel sauce.
