

Broccoli meatballs are a delicious vegetarian side dish, perfect for accompanying meat or fish dishes. They are easy to prepare and rich in flavor. Boil the broccoli, drain well and blend them
Add to the broccoli the egg yolks, breadcrumbs, diced egg whites, salt and pepper
Form small meatballs and steam them for 10 minutes
Heat 6 tablespoons of oil and add garlic, chili and anchovies, cooking until they are well melted
Place the meatballs on a serving plate and drizzle them with the filtered hot oil
Serve immediately
