Melt the chocolate, chopped into pieces, in a small saucepan with 10 small cups of water over low heat
Then warm the chestnut cream in a bain-marie and gradually add the sugar, the chocolate, the vanillin and the butter cut into pieces
After thoroughly combining, pour the mixture into glass bowls and refrigerate for about 3 hours
Serve garnished as desired with candied fruit or with whipped cream
