
Chocolate Marquise
The chocolate marquise is a spoon dessert typical of French tradition. It has a creamy texture and an intense dark chocolate flavor. Perfect for concluding a special dinner or for a delicious snack.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate
250G250G - Butter
125G125G - Vanilla powder
1Packet1Packet - Eggs
33 - Egg yolks
22 - Powdered sugar

Preparation

Break the chocolate into pieces in a saucepan and melt it over low heat with 3 tablespoons of water

Work the butter with a spatula to soften it

Separate the whites from the yolks and add the 5 yolks one at a time to the butter, mixing very well after each addition

Add the powdered sugar and continue to mix

Finally, add the melted chocolate and flavor with vanilla powder (or coffee if you prefer)

Let it cool

Then beat the 3 egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture

Pour into a buttered mold and let it rest for 10 hours in the fridge
