Chocolate mousse is an irresistible dessert perfect for chocolate lovers. Its light and velvety texture makes it a fantastic dessert to enjoy on any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients and a little patience in preparation, you can make a delicious homemade chocolate mousse.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler (but I confess I do it in the microwave and it takes a minute or a little more)
Let it cool and incorporate the eight yolks one at a time, stirring constantly
Separately, whip the nine egg whites until stiff peaks form and slowly fold them into the mixture with upward movements to prevent them from deflating
Put everything in the fridge for an entire night (maybe 2 or 3 hours are enough, but I usually make it the day before)
I serve it with ladyfingers
Electric Whisk
Bowl
Molds
