Work the dough with the palm of your hand until you get a smooth, elastic, and consistent dough without lumps
- STEP 2 OF 6
Place the dough in a floured bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place (about 20 degrees)

Divide the dough with your hands into four discs about 22 cm in diameter
- STEP 4 OF 6
Handle the dough as if it were bread dough, pressing firmly with the palms of your hands from the center to the edges to remove air

Flatten the discs, leaving the outer edge a little thicker

Arrange the chosen topping, leaving the edge bare
