
Kiwi Mousse

Preparation

Dissolve the sugar over heat with a little water until you obtain a syrup to pour into a bowl.

Peel the kiwis, slice them, and blend them. Set aside some pieces.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar syrup until you have a soft and frothy cream.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Whip the cream and add it along with the kiwi puree to the cream.

Mix and place in the freezer for at least 1/2 hour.

Serve by placing kiwi pieces at the bottom of a glass and the mousse on top.
