On a work surface, knead 200 g of flour with the yeast dissolved in a few tablespoons of warm milk; form a small dough ball and let it rise covered until it has doubled in size.
Meanwhile, sift the remaining flour onto the work surface, make a well in the center and add the eggs, the salt, the remaining milk, the softened butter and the sugar; work the ingredients well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Incorporate the risen dough ball and knead the mixture thoroughly and energetically.
Let the dough rise again, covered with a cloth, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
After this time, work the dough again, let it rest once more, then divide it into pieces of 50 g each and shape them into rounds.
Roll out the pieces with a rolling pin, place a teaspoon of jam in the center of each disc and seal them well.
