

Lentils with Sausage are a tasty and nutritious side dish typical of Italian tradition. The lentils are cooked until soft and creamy, while the sausage adds depth of flavor. Cook the lentils as indicated above
In a saucepan, put the sausages with two tablespoons of water, prick them and brown them for 10 minutes
In another saucepan, flavor the sage with a little oil and one clove of garlic, remove the latter, then add the lentils and sausages
Stir and serve
