

Skewered meatballs are a delicious variation of classic meatballs. The ingredients are a mix of veal, pork and lamb, flavored with garlic, onion, bell pepper, marjoram and pepper. They are then cooked on a skewer to ensure even cooking and an irresistible flavor.


















Finely chop 200 g veal, 200 g pork and 200 g lamb together with 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper and a pinch of marjoram
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, work the mixture thoroughly and let it rest for 2 hours in a cool place
Shape the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs and thread them onto a skewer, alternating with bread cubes
Brush with olive oil and cook them on the skewer for 10-15 minutes
