250cl250cl - Boiled and mashed potatoes
250g250g - Eggs
88 - Sugar
400g400g - Lemon (grated zest)
11 - Vanilla

250g250g - Flouras needed
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and knead it with a little flour

Let it rise

Knead all the other ingredients

Add as much flour as the dough can absorb

Also add the yeast and work the dough until it becomes soft

Let it rise until it has doubled in volume

Divide the dough into many small rings

Let them rise on the pastry board

Brush them with an egg yolk
