

The Nutella Delight is a delicious chocolate dessert filled with Nutella, perfect to serve as a dessert or for a tasty snack. This dessert is very easy to prepare and will surely be enjoyed by all chocolate lovers.
Split the vanilla pod in half, scrape out the seeds and mix them with 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Beat the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar, then add the sifted flour and Maizena
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold them into the previous mixture
Line a baking tray with buttered parchment paper, pour in the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes
When done, turn it out onto a damp tea towel sprinkled with sugar and roll the sponge up in the towel while it cools
Unroll the sponge, sprinkle it with vanilla liqueur, spread Nutella over it, roll it up again and wrap it in aluminum foil
Chill it in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Remove the foil, dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings
