Nutella Delight is a delicious chocolate dessert filled with Nutella, perfect to serve as a dessert or for a tasty snack. This dessert is very simple to prepare and will surely be appreciated by all chocolate lovers.
Split the vanilla pod in half, remove the seeds, and mix them with 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Beat the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar, then add the flour and sifted cornstarch.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and fold them into the previous mixture.
Line a baking sheet with buttered parchment paper, pour the mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Once cooked, turn it onto a damp cloth sprinkled with sugar and roll the pastry, wrapping it in the cloth until it cools.
Unroll the pastry, sprinkle it with vanilla liqueur, spread Nutella over it, roll it up, and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Remove the aluminum, sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate shavings.
