Nutella pastries are delicious treats made with soft dough and filled with Nutella. They are easy to prepare and perfect to enjoy as a dessert or snack.
Place the flour in a mound on a work surface
Put the sugar, oil, a pinch of salt, and Marsala in the center
Knead vigorously
Roll out the dough and cut out discs about 8 cm in diameter
Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of each disc and fold the disc in half
Press the two layers of dough with your fingers to prevent the filling from leaking during cooking
Butter a baking tray, place the pastries on it, and brush them with beaten egg
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
