Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm milk
Arrange the flour in a well and add the yeast, the eggs and a pinch of salt
Begin kneading, gradually adding the oil
Work vigorously for a quarter of an hour, then divide the dough into portions and shape them into elongated rolls
Line them up on a surface, cover them and let them rise until they increase by one third
At this point make lengthwise slashes on the tops and bake at moderate heat
